Overview

Microsoft Agent 365 is a unified control plane for managing AI agents within Microsoft 365. It enables administrators to observe, govern, and secure AI-driven agents across their environment, allowing organisations to safely operate “agentic” AI users alongside human users.

This intensive one-day, hands-on course introduces the core concepts, configuration, and governance of Microsoft Agent 365. Delegates will learn how to enable and manage Agent 365, work with the Agent Registry, and apply identity, security, and compliance controls using Microsoft’s security stack, including Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.

The course combines theory, demonstrations, and practical labs to provide a well-rounded understanding of how to securely manage AI agents in a modern Microsoft 365 environment.
