Overview

Microsoft Agent 365 is a unified control plane for managing AI agents within Microsoft 365. It enables administrators to observe, govern, and secure AI-driven agents across their environment, allowing organisations to safely operate “agentic” AI users alongside human users.

This intensive one-day, hands-on course introduces the core concepts, configuration, and governance of Microsoft Agent 365.
