Course
Overview

Copilot Cowork is a cross-application productivity experience designed to orchestrate work across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 apps. Unlike Copilot features embedded within individual applications, Cowork focuses on end-to-end workflows, automation, and reusable “skills” to help users complete tasks consistently and efficiently.

This intensive one-day, hands-on course builds on existing Microsoft 365 Copilot knowledge and teaches delegates how to use Copilot Cowork effectively. Delegates will learn when to use Cowork versus in-app Copilot, how to structure effective prompts, and how to create repeatable workflows, including scheduled automations and simple custom skills.

The course combines theory, demonstrations, and extensive hands-on labs to ensure delegates can confidently apply Cowork in real-world business scenarios.
